2008 Cotijo Romero

Cortijo Romero (www.cortijo-romero.co.uk) was the setting for a group who came to ‘Spice Up your Laugh Life’.  You can read the review in the January 08 edition of Healthy magazine.

The course is light, spontaneous and playful.

We explore laughter meditation & laughter yoga, voice & movement, colour & self-expression, and the group provides a safe and welcoming environment.

And there’s a swimming pool right outside the group room – YES.. 

Oh yes - and laugh, laugh more, laugh lots!
